A Delicious Meal

Description

Now some of you may hate me for posting this and may give you a craving for it. But let me tell you something about this dish....
IT'S VERY ADDICTING! :squee:
Addicting is the right word to say for this soupy-looking dish, but don't get me wrong because I'm right! You cannot pry this bowl from me, because this is one of my favorites and would gladly give you the preps of how to make it.
Very easy steps and little ingredients that you could find easily and know the name of!

What you would need
(1) One bag of tortellini
(1) bag of fresh spinach leafs
(1) block of cream cheese
(1) box or (4) cups of veggie broth. (We used Garden veggie broth and it tasted even better!)
(2) small cans of Italian Diced Tomatoes.

(1) Crock Pot

--------

There's really not much to it, honestly. Very easy to accomplish and wait for. How we placed them was easy. First and foremost, you will open your bag of tortellini's and dump that entire bag at the bottom of the pot, next you would add your tomato paste from both cans. Then you may add the broth, however, you can pour the broth into the cans to gather that extra sauce that didn't come out. (It's a helpful measure instead of washing them out after usage when there is extra sauce laying at the bottom or sides!).  Dump them in and then stir slightly so that everything looks good enough. Once you have those three ingredients added, add your spinach leafs a handful at a time. Start to stir the spinach around with the sauce and tortellini's, this will help have more room for the rest of the bag. Once you have stirred them a bit add your cream cheese in small blocks.

Also make sure to have that stirred as well for a more blending mixture! Cover and set your timer.
This meal will remain 6 hours on low
Within the process, do not lift the lid and stir your meal! The heat will shrivel up the spinach leafs and you do not want to let any heat escape. Once you have reached your full 6 hours, you can then serve it!

--------
If you are like me, I like to add Parmesan cheese atop for a bit of flavor. Also garnish with garlic bread from the oven. :3

Truthfully - it looks disgusting, but I'm sure it tastes good if you say so. :D
Don't worry, I take pictures of my food all the time - but then again, I'm a chef.
